The Resilience Doughnut model is a strengths based tool that builds resilience, personally and professionally.
When the tool is applied to an individual, it connects their top three strengths to thrive in the face of adversity.
Our licensed training equips you with the knowledge, skills and resources to fully implement The Resilience Doughnut model in your service or organisation.
The training is either Face To Face at The Resilience Centre in Epping (Sydney) or if you have a group of twelve or more, we can come to you. Face to Face, it is a 3 day training to learn the model for implementation with Adults. Online, it is a 6 week training (to learn the model for implementation with Adults).
The first part (Stage 1) of the training teaches you the model and then the second part (Stage 2) of the training teaches you how to implement the model in your job, role, career and/or organisation. Learning the training brings the opportunity to implement the model with a workplace resilience strategy that benefits the seniors, carers, staff, teams, management and the organisation as a whole.
