Resilience in Seniors

Raising wellbeing, morale and resilience so seniors, carers and staff can connect in a positive workplace climate.

The Resilience Doughnut model provides a practical tool to build resilience in seniors, carers and services who work with them.

Resilience is at the heart of well being in a senior and can make the difference between surviving or thriving during their older years. Navigating the transition from one stage of life to another is a difficult task and as adults develop and change, so too does their strengths and connections. Adults who navigate their older years with resilience appear to have three or more strengths present which reflect their values and purpose to life.

The Resilience Doughnut talks, programs and trainings are suitable for

  • Retirement Seminars
  • Family Support
  • Community Groups
  • Aged Care Services
  • Retirement Villages
