The Resilience Doughnut – Licensed Facilitator Training (Adult Model)

Learn to build the resilience of adults in your school or workplace through implementing the practical interactive model of ‘The Resilience Doughnut’.

Note: ‘The Resilience Doughnut’ is a ‘quality assured’ external program for training in resilience with NSW Department of Education Schools from 2022 onwards.

The training is either Face To Face or Online:

• Face To Face = 2 x Days Training at The Resilience Centre, Epping, Sydney NSW
• Online = 6 x Weeks Training, including a weekly Live Web Conference on a Monday @ 7:00-8:00pm (local Sydney time), as well as approx 3 hours worth of work weekly at your own pace.

Please ask about availability for training at your workplace exclusively too.
