The Resilience Doughnut Class Pack – Child & Adolescent Model

This Class Pack consists of 30 A4 cut out cards (on finer cardboard) and can be used as a interactive teaching tool. Use these cards for:

• Workshops for students, staff or parents
• In peer support
• In one on one meetings

At the Resilience Centre we use these cards in schools when teaching students, staff and parents. They are also fantastic for older students to use when teaching younger students.

The cards work well in our child & adolescent resilience programs and they are included in our Resilience Doughnut Licensed Training.
