After bringing The Resilience Doughnut to the UK in 2014, John is now the Managing Director for The Resilience Doughnut in the UK and Ireland. Within his role, he continues to work closely with Lyn Worsley and the team at The Resilience Centre.
Since 2014, John has established The Resilience Doughnut as the UK and Ireland’s leading strengths-based model for building child, adolescent and adult resilience. John is the Director of Damson Associates Ltd which leads a growing team of passionate and experienced Resilience Doughnut trainers.
