The Resilience Doughnut – Licensed Facilitator Training (Child & Adolescent Model)
Learn to build the resilience of children and adolescents in your school or workplace through implementing the practical interactive model of ‘The Resilience Doughnut’.
Suitable and beneficial for principals, deputies, well being roles, head teacher welfare, teachers, counsellors, SSO’s, SLSO’s and learning support roles in a school
OR
psychologists, social workers, counsellors, practitioners, therapists, heath workers, youth workers, support workers and health professionals in a workplace.
Note: ‘The Resilience Doughnut’ is both a NESA ACCREDITED Professional Development Course, as well as a QUALITY ASSURED External Program for training in resilience with NSW Department of Education Schools during 2024 and onwards.
The training is either Face To Face or Online – ON DEMAND:
- Face To Face = 2 x Days Training at 9:00am-4:00pm at The Resilience Centre, Epping, Sydney, NSW with Dr Lyn Worsley, creator and author of The Resilience Doughnut model.
- Online – ON DEMAND = 4 x Weeks Training, including 4 x Pre Recorded Sessions with Dr Lyn Worsley, creator and author of The Resilience Doughnut model, as well as approx 3 hours worth of work weekly at your own pace.
