Resilience During Times of Adversity – May 2019

Product Description

Gain tools to build resilience and manage traumatic and highly stressful situations more effectively!

Join Lyn Worsley as she explores what resilience actually looks like in times of struggle. This is a Berowra community event for all those struggling with adversity, trauma and stress; especially as a result of the December 20 hailstorm. Anyone wishing to help others are also welcome to join us.

RESILIENCE IS THE ABILITY  TO BOUNCE BACK AND KEEP GOING IN THE FACE OF ADVERSITY.

  • What does resilience look like in communities?
  • How do communities cope and even thrive in the face of adversity?
  • How can communities use tragedy as opportunities for growth and connection?
