This session explores an overview of resilience in the context of building personal and professional resilience in young people in the school. The workplace explores the Resilience Doughnut model specifically for young people and the implementation in a class setting. By putting a young person in the mind participants learn the 7 factors of the Doughnut with a young person as the particular focus. The process is interactive and very practical. (R = Relationships).
The second session then focuses on building an optimistic mindset in young people, or addressing the stages of moral development of teenagers (and possibilities in their work). Scenario activities and interactive processes ensure individual issues are addressed for local needs.
