The Bright Thinking is a 6 hour NESA endorsed program.
This training workshop will train participants in using the Bright Thinking program.
Bright Thinking is a fun and innovative 6 week program (for children aged 8-12 years) that helps children with anxiety turn around their pessimistic thinking patterns.
Training provides six weeks of strength based, solution-focused strategies to help children with anxiety learn thinking patterns that turn around their pessimistic thoughts to an optimistic thinking style, so they feel better able to cope in all situations, especially those that may be potentially challenging to the child.
Attendees can then advertise and facilitate the program in their local communities.
