Product Description

Ruth Fordyce is facilitating an evening session with families at Tara School for Girls, North Parramatta.

This evening seminar will address the changes that adolescent girls experience and how to best manage these life/developmental changes.

Teenage years require young people to bounce back and keep going in the face of adversity.
This can only be learned by facing difficult experiences and drawing on a repetoire of tools to cope.

This seminar will:

  • explain some of the resources and coping skills that help teenage girls to deal with difficulties
  • equip you with some simple tools for recognising and encouraging the strengths and supports in your teenager’s life that can assist them through times of transition and difficulty
