Lyn is the director for the Resilience Centre and the Resilience Doughnut.
Lyn is a Clinical Psychologist and Registered Nurse with vast experience in teaching, youth work, early childhood, hospitals and correctional services. She specialises in child, adolescent and family psychology, and relationship issues. She is also author of “The Resilience Doughnut Book – The Secret of Strong Kids” and “The Resilience Doughnut Book – The Secret of Strong Adults”. B A (hons) Psych., RN.MAPS
Neil is the Director Schools / Organisations for the Resilience Centre.
Neil provides keynote addresses on the Resilience Doughnut and Resilience Report for schools and organisations.
Neil has worked in education for over 38 years, including leadership experiences working with disadvantaged, Aboriginal, multicultural and middle class communities, as well as experience in teaching in the UK.
Neil’s most recent role was College Principal, working across five campuses with a team of principals and over 370 teachers. For over three years Neil was seconded to work with school leaders across New South Wales in building leadership capacity, school planning and leadership coaching.
Neil has considerable experience in the practical and ground breaking application of Positive Psychology and applying Solution Focused conversations to coaching, mentoring and the creation of positive school environments.

Jacqui is the Research and Analytics Coordinator for the Resilience Doughnut.
Jacqui works with the Resilience Report and our online training programmes. She has extensive professional experience in K-12 School, Adult and VET education as a teacher, trainer, school executive, school board member and educational consultant in areas of educational professional practice. Jacqui is active in parent engagement work with parent organisations in NSW and nationally.

Zane is the Resilience Doughnut Training and Development Manager.
Zane coordinates all the resilience training, workshops, speaking engagements and presentations for school, community and the workplace.
Zane brings with him a broad range of experience, both nationally and internationally, working with schools, various welfare organisations and community agencies. Zane has a background in health as a registered nurse. This, coupled with vocational training qualifications two that he could train, facilitate, and assess nationally recognised and accredited training has allowed him to bring together his two areas of passion: health/well-being and education.

Robyn is the Program Coordinator at the Resilience Centre in Epping.
Robyn is the Program Co-ordinator at the Resilience Centre in Epping. She co-ordinates all group therapy programs and Hot Topic seminars held at the Centre. Robyn has a background in graduate career services and human resources management. She has been very active in school, parent and community groups.

Sam is the designer & developer for the Resilience Doughnut.
Sam has twelve years graphic design and web development experience. He is responsible for the design of our website, print resources and promotional artwork.
Sam’s doughnut strengths are Work Factor, Skill Factor & Partner Factor.
